ISKCON Nellore conducts various preaching programs like house programs, public programs, college programs, and nagara sankirtan. It also distributes prasadam and books to jails, orphanages, old age homes and schools. It runs a program called SWAST (Spiritual Women and Spiritual Teens). Some of its initiatives under SWAST are opening schools that provide value education, starting women hostels and providing self-employment schemes to women.
