About 15 kilometres from the railway station and the bus station, on the banks of River Tapi is the marvellous residential abode of Lord Sri Sri Radha Damodar. With an area of about 13600 square feet, it is one of the largest temples in Surat. The largest turnout of devotees is during the festivals and on Sundays. Apart from the daily temple programs, there is opportunity for satsang throughout the week at different localities in Surat.

In the year 1978 the premises with a small temple of Lord Krishna was recieved from the Kanahiyalal trust Jahangirpura with an area of about 900 sq.ft.Today it is the one of the famous and the biggest temple of the Surat city with the Temple area of about 13600 sq.ft.It gets the largest devotees during the Festivals and Sunday.
